Warranty Terms and Condition All Zoli firearms are distributed worldwide through a network of selected exclusive distributors. The terms of the warranty applied may vary due to the different regulations in force in each country and for different business strategies applied by each distributor. Regardless of any conditions applied, complete your registration OnLine, which will ensure an additional 12 months warranty. We declare that all firearms of our production, accompanied by this certificate of warranty were regularly tested by the Italian National proof house according to the legal provisions in force. The official punch marks on your firearm certify that it was submitted successfully to the mandatory test. The firearm you have purchased is manufactured using selected materials and subjected to all compliance tests specified during the Zoli production cycle. Zoli agrees to correct your firearm within the warranty terms applied by the Zoli exclusive distributor in your Country, repairing or replacing (only if not repairable with same or comparable quality model) if defects or malfunction is communicated within 15 days from when the defect becomes apparent. The firearm must be sent to a Zoli exclusive distributor including a copy of your sales receipt and full details of the defect and/or malfunction. This warranty is void if the firearm has been abused, misused or damaged by accident, fired with hand loaded or improper ammunition or by an obstruction in the barrel, damaged by failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This warranty does not apply to normal wear of any parts including metal, wood, plastic, rubber and other material surface finish. Warranty is void if unauthorized repair and / or alteration has been performed. The warranty does not cover wooden parts. This warranty cannot be changed except in writing by an officer of Zoli Antonio srl
